Educational signs of plants, wildlife, and fungi, on the walls of a classroom in Inuili, a culinary school in Narsaq, southern Greenland. The school received students of all ages, from across the country, and advocates for new ways of making traditional Greenlandic food.

In recent years, the school’s director said that many older students have enrolled, as they explore new job opportunities, whilst the problems with brain-drain to Denmark persist for the younger population, who often see little opportunity in Greenland.
