A Syrian mother stands with her child in the burnt out ruins of their house in al-Basheria, Idlib, Syria. On the 22nd of April 2012 the Syrian military and a gang of Shabiha attacked the village, raiding and burning homes, shooting indiscrimately and shelling the area by tank. The army held a gun to the head of the child and ordered the mother to give information about the FSA. 14/06/2012
